We can provide assistance with your research / information queries - please check the following before submitting your question:

 

  • Puke Ariki provides an information research service on a charge-for-use basis for customers who are unable to access the resources themselves.
  • The first 15 minutes of research are at no charge, with a fee of $17.00 per 15 minutes thereafter, plus photocopying costs. There may be additional charges for online database searching or document supply etc. These fees will be discussed with you.
  • Research undertaken by the Taranaki Research Centre team could include any of the following: General enquiries, business research, genealogy, local history and readers' advisory.
  • Priority is given to current Puke Ariki and District Libraries members (please quote your library card number).
  • If you are not a member of our library we may ask you to redirect your query to your local library.
