What am I?

I am about 20 centimetres high and about 15cm wide.

3. My dome fits into a round flat base made of metal. A cone made of wire mesh sits within the dome. This cone has a hole on top.

4. I work better in the summer than the winter.

5. I work better with some smelly bait.
