What am I?

1. I am made of beads. I am about 13 centimetres wide and  20 centimetres long.

2. I have a long bead handle and a short bead tassle.

3. I was made in a prisoner of war camp.

4. I was made by a Turk in World War I.

5. On my outside are two navy birds facing a brown tree. What goes inside is up to the owner.
