What Am I?

What am I?

What am I?
1. I am made of steel and men used me more than women.
2. I worked like a guillotine.
3. I cut something that was once chewed. It stained teeth and smelled.
4. People still use the stuff I once cut. Most people don't chew it now but it still stains teeth and smells.
5. The stuff I once cut is now rolled up in little paper cylinders. I could help people with their health by chopping these cylinders into tiny pieces so that the wind can blow them away.

Last week's answer: St Mary's Church or Pro-Cathedral
