By Car

Car parking

The car park entrance is on Molesworth Street.  For visitors to i-SITE there is time-limited parking on Molesworth Street.

By Air

There are direct 45-minute flights from Wellington, Auckland or Nelson.  Check with Air New Zealand or Origin Pacific for flight details.

New Plymouth airport is located 15 minutes drive from the centre of town.

A taxi to the town centre will cost $20-$25.

By Coach

There are daily coach services operated by InterCity Coachlines and Newmans from Wellington, Auckland, Waitomo, Palmerston North and Hamilton.

Disabled Access

South Wing entrance
A disabled car park space is available in Brougham Street in front of the ramp up to the main entrance.

North Wing entrance
Several disabled car park spaces are available in the car park beneath the building.  The entrance to the car park is off Molesworth Street.  Access to the main entrance is via the glass-sided lift.
There is also a ramp entrance from Ariki Street.
